A double decker bus has had its roof torn off after it tried to drive through the low bridge in Bournville Lane that carries the canal and rail line next to Bournville station.
The accident happened around midnight on Wednesday 20th December. No passengers were on the bus which belonged to National Express West Midlands.
Bournville Lane is the route for the usually single decker number 27 bus. The bus that collided with the bridge was not in service.
There are no reported delays to trains on the morning of Thursday 21st December
