The annual switching on of the Christmas tree lights in Bournville will take place on Saturday 2nd December at 6pm.
The event takes place on Bournville Green. This year there is a new and exciting Christmas festival featuring street food and live music.
Christmas Festival
On Saturday 2nd December from 2pm-7.30pm, there will be live music and lantern-making, nativity photo selfies, street food and a festive market.
Christmas lights
The shops by the Village Green will be promoting their seasonal gifts and Bournville Village Council will oversee the traditional lights switch-on at 6pm.
This will be followed by music from the Birmingham Rock School. Special guest Duncan Cadbury will open the event.

The Festival has been organised in partnership between Bournville Village Council, Bournville Village Trust, Busy Parents Network, the Carillon, Rest House, Rowheath Pavilion, Selly Manor Museum and St Francis Church.
